BM Technologies is seeking a passionate fintech Product Manager with a focus on customer engagement. Out product managers take ownership of their feature areas to discover, elicit, analyze, synthesize, document, and communicate business requirements and success metrics in support of a Banking-as-a-Service product suite with a rapidly growing customer base.
Responsible for feature prioritization, scoping, planning, delivery, vendor management, success measurement, and validated learning. Develop and test hypotheses for engagement strategies that accomplish core business goals related to “primary bank” behavior, increasing products per customer, and engagement with existing products.
The engineer in this role will be responsible for building the next generation of user experiences of our FinTech platforms. They will develop front-end code and participate in the entire feature development lifecycle – from requirements gathering and research, prototyping, planning, executing, and defining the front-end development. The primary objective for the Fraud Investigator is to provide cross-functional, fraud mitigation support as a key member of the Loss Prevention and Investigations Team. Responsibilities include conducting routine to complex fraud investigations, suspicious activity reporting, and monitoring of fraud detection systems covering multiple payment channels. The role may also entail support of Error Resolution (ACH/Debit Card disputes) processing.

The Business Intelligence and Analytics department controls the entire data ecosystem and is accountable for all data analysis, both quantitative and qualitative, across the entire enterprise. This role's primary responsibilities will include analysis to trend data to monitor market product performance, to establish criteria for in-development products, and to evaluate experimental results. This role will also actively participate in and lead troubleshooting activities for reporting and analysis support.
