You will play a crucial role in ensuring we continue to build a world-class accounting function while partnering across the business to identify and implement ongoing process improvements.   The ideal candidate possesses public accounting, corporate accounting, and technology industry experience, with experience working within a fast-paced high-growth and dynamic publicly traded company environment. An active CPA license and recent experience in an SEC-regulated public company is necessary to be successful in this role. Experience in fintech or exposure to depository services or payment processing services is preferred.  

The Director of Business Intelligence will direct and oversees enterprise wide, the high level strategic and tactical decisions for business intelligence tools and applications. We will look to this leader to create an organizational structure responsible for owning and executing a vision for the delivery of information and analytics platforms and solutions to the various business’s key stakeholders within BMTX, including, white label, marketing, school partners, and internal staff. They will have Data Science, Data Engineering & BI teams reporting into them and be responsible for growing and managing these teams. Additionally, the Director of Business intelligence will facilitate organizational data strategies for governance, design, implementation, integration and usage while leading the design and maintenance of business intelligence applications. You will lead (and grow) the team to develop machine-learning algorithms to personalize user experience, product recommendations, and churn intervention.   BMTX is looking for a leader who can build strategic partnerships and develop advanced risk analytics solutions for the company. This requires a candidate to have a thorough understanding of risk management in Banking and hands-on experience in Data Management. The ideal candidate will also have worked in or engaged with FinTechs and have good knowledge of advanced data analytics solutions especially focused on product, risk, and marketing areas.   You will need to have excellent stakeholder management skills to collaborate internally and externally and be a strategic thinker to deliver long term change. This position ensures that the use of business intelligence applications enhances business decision making capabilities and provides input to strategic decisions that affect the various business lines of company.

Reporting to the SVP of Operations, the VP of Banking Operations will be responsible for managing the ongoing effort of planning and operations management. The primary focus is on leveraging systems, vendors, and personnel to maximize the internal and external customer experience while controlling expenses.  They will manage a fast-paced team with aggressive objectives and will be responsible for helping the bank achieve financial goals while increasing operating performance.                                        A large responsibility of this role will be to provide the strategic, developmental, and managerial direction to various department leaders that oversee; deposit operations, check processing, ACH, electronic banking, and collections.  This includes budgeting control, skill development, training, and overall direction of Team Members.   This position will be accountable for all operational aspects of, Deposit, and Corporate Administration Operations. Decisions involve approval of expenses, projects, vendors, contracts, and negotiation of leases.

This role will be responsible for third party risk management through new vendor reviews and periodic reviews and monitoring of existing vendors.
