The Banking Operations Specialist is responsible for completing the daily function of mobile remote deposit capture with bilingual skills in English and Spanish. Specific emphasis will be on handling the MRDC and paper items from Puerto Rico. It would also include possible communications both oral and written with those customers in their native language. This position will have the opportunity to learn other tasks pertinent to daily Operations activities. Provide support to the Banking Operations group in PA and New Haven as needed. Hours may vary to accommodate daily volumes.
This role is responsible for the management, monitoring and control of the Compliance and Quality Assurance team in addition to the three ERT Teams in the Bankmobile Banking Operations Division. The three ERT teams are identified as the Outbound Resolution Team, Investigative Claim Unit and Claim Process Reconciliation. The compliance team ensures bank operations maintains strict compliance standards as determined by internal policy and external regulators. The VP position is the first line of defense in the Bankmobile Compliance Program and provides regular reporting to the Compliance Department. This role ensures that the team delivers training, monitoring and procedures as will as implementing relevant projects to address any problem areas. The three ERT teams each have a manager and those groups record, investigate and resolve all customer transactional dispute claims pertaining student checking and savings accounts. These disputes must all be handled in accordance with regulatory requirements of banking regulators as well as the Department of Education.

Reporting to the Audit Director or Chief Audit Executive, the Audit /Manager will be responsible for assisting the Audit Director in managing the completion of the risk-focused audit plan and for managing the performance and completion of assigned audit engagements and the resources assigned to those engagements. The Audit Manager will provide guidance to Internal Audit Team Members in the performance and completion of audit engagements, and to provide coaching as needed to assist Internal Audit Team Members in achieving developmental goals.
The Collector will be responsible for handling a few primary functions including but not limited to collection calls on consumer accounts, collection efforts and various customer service-related activities. He or She must keep detailed notes on the tracking systems as well as send out required and discretionary letters and correspondence to the borrowers in a timely manner. This individual will also be responsible for corresponding directly to the borrower and relationship manger on accounts. This is a temporary position with the potential of becoming a permanent position at the end of November. Must be willing to work a rotating schedule and be available as early as 8 am and as late as 9 pm.

This role is ideal for an independent, fast learning, motivated individual who wishes to continue to increase his or her knowledge and mastery of Linux System Administration and open source applications. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has excellent time management and communication skills, and has a passion for tackling challenging and evolving projects. This person must have the ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time and react with urgency to issues. This candidate must be highly organized and a stickler for the details. The role may require some off hours and overtime.
