BM Technologies is seeking a seasoned Product Manager with a focus on digital banking to discover, elicit, analyze, synthesize, document, and communicate the business requirement in support of Banking-as-a-Service product features and systems.
Define requirements based on user research and a deep understanding of business processes.
Organize and present ideas and information in a simple, concise, and unambiguous manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and document product features.
Manage full Product Lifecycle.
Present product features to management for roadmap onboarding and prioritization.
Oversee development efforts in collaboration with Software Engineers to deliver approved roadmap feature goals.
Participate in business process optimization efforts.
Maintain ownership of functional testing and accountability of quality assurance specific to mitigating product and system regression risk.
5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
3+ years of experience in Product Management.
Expertise in Excel for data analysis including visual representations.
Experience in building and executing SQL queries for analytical reporting.
Experience working in Azure, .NET, and DevOps Cloud development organizations.
Experience with Banking Technologies: Core Banking, Payments, Card Management, Digital Wallets, Host Card Emulation, Remote Deposit Capture, and Personal Financial Management
Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure start-up environment.
Experience with Business Process Management (BPM).
Experience with Agile/Scrum.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
