We are looking for a passionate, data-driven marketer who understands how to attract and on-board new customers. As the New Account Growth Leader for BMTX, you will be responsible for driving new account volume across multiple verticals, including our B2B2C higher education and white label businesses, as well as D2C. You will own the end-to-end experience for campaigns from ideation to campaign execution. As you launch new campaigns, you’ll be responsible for testing, them, analyzing them to further optimize performance and scaling them, while collaborating with internal cross-functional teams & external partners. Product Marketing knowledge/experience is strongly preferred. 




  • Leverage internal data and market insights to shape marketing initiatives and opportunities that will increase new account growth while improving or maintaining a good consumer experience
  • Design and implement tests across business units and channels that will allow us to learn iteratively, quantify impact and scale
  • Create and execute communications across multiple acquisition channels including email, inbound website/user flows, paid search, social media, display and more
  • Partner with Product, Design, Leadership, Technology, Compliance and Analytics teams as well as external partners to develop and implement marketing campaigns
  • Using knowledge of SEO and reputation management to drive growth
  • Deploy targeted quality marketing campaigns within budget by leveraging analytics and a robust segmentation strategy; Understand, track, and improve key marketing metrics to drive success; Apply rigorous tracking and analysis to determine ROI/profitability; measuring effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Ensure that customer feedback (from all channels) is leveraged to shape customer marketing communications
  • Support of new value propositions, features and positioning to improve account growth performance
  • Management of at least one employee to support Marketing growth initiatives
  • Budget and forecasting management

  • 8+ year track record developing and executing winning B2B2C and DTC marketing strategies, with strong acquisitions/new account growth focus in FinTech
  • A results driven self-starter who gets things done and has experience marketing disruptive products
  • Must have a consumer and product mindset along with experience collaborating with product, technology/engineering, design, and compliance teams
  • Strong data-driven, analytical approach to acquisition and funnel metrics, measurement, and campaign performance
  • Proven ability to drive business growth through acquisition across multiple channels both open market and closed loop
  • An influencer that can work well with various groups and levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to come to solutions to complex and open-ended problems
  • Strongly prefer candidate who has experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Ad platforms,



Minimum Experience and Education requirements:
