  • Overview

    BankMobile has an immediate opening for Bank Operations Specialist-Level I in our Banking Operations department. The Banking Operations Specialist is responsible for completing the daily function of paper and mobile remote deposit capture. This is an entry level Operations position with the opportunity to learn other tasks pertinent to daily Operations activities. Provide support to the New Haven Banking Operations group as needed. Weekday hours may vary to accommodate daily volumes and processing deadlines (8:00 PM) and include weekends.

    Responsibilities

    • Complete daily activities related to paper and mobile deposits
    • Ensure all transactions are handled correctly and efficiently
    • Resolve any issues immediately and through the proper channels
    • Must be able to handle multiple tasks daily and meet deadline
    • Provide good customer service to other departments throughout the company
    • Provide back up for tasks when necessary

    Qualifications

    • 1-3 years Banking Experience
    • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize
    • Good written and oral communications skills
    • Demonstrated organizational skills with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to acquire new skills efficiently, and to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Enjoys challenges and can adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment
