  • Overview

    BankMobile has an immediate opening for Bank Operations Specialist-Level 2 in our Banking Operations department. The Banking Operations Specialist is responsible for completing the daily function of mobile remote deposit capture with bilingual skills in English and Spanish. Specific emphasis will be on handling the MRDC and paper items from Puerto Rico. It would also include possible communications both oral and written with those customers in their native language. This position will have the opportunity to learn other tasks pertinent to daily Operations activities. Provide support to the Banking Operations group in PA and New Haven as needed. Hours may vary to accommodate daily volumes.


    • Complete daily activities related to mobile and paper deposits
    • Ensure all transactions are handled correctly and efficiently
    • Resolve any issues immediately and through the proper channels
    • Must be able to handle multiple tasks daily and meet deadline
    • Provide good customer service to other departments throughout the company
    • Provide back up for tasks when necessary


    • 3-5 years Banking Experience
    • Fluent in Spanish
    • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize
    • Working knowledge of Reg CC
    • Good written and oral communications skills
    • Demonstrated organizational skills with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to acquire new skills efficiently, and to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
    • Ability to identify Fraud
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Enjoys challenges and can adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment
