This role is responsible for the management, monitoring and control of the Compliance and Quality Assurance team in addition to the three ERT Teams in the Bankmobile Banking Operations Division. The three ERT teams are identified as the Outbound Resolution Team, Investigative Claim Unit and Claim Process Reconciliation. The compliance team ensures bank operations maintains strict compliance standards as determined by internal policy and external regulators. The VP position is the first line of defense in the Bankmobile Compliance Program and provides regular reporting to the Compliance Department. This role ensures that the team delivers training, monitoring and procedures as will as implementing relevant projects to address any problem areas. The three ERT teams each have a manager and those groups record, investigate and resolve all customer transactional dispute claims pertaining student checking and savings accounts. These disputes must all be handled in accordance with regulatory requirements of banking regulators as well as the Department of Education.
