We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Change & Release Manager to join our expanding team in Radnor, PA.
The candidate filling this role will be responsible for Change and Release Management operations of our core “Bank as a Service” (BaaS) platform. This position will be a critical member of the TMM Service Delivery team and will act as the escalated point of contact for any change and release related requirements or issues. This is a hands-on role which focuses on leading the Product and Technology area with respect to end-to-end change and release management functions. They will be directly involved in creating, scheduling and coordinating Production Change Requests and application releases across various portfolios and workstreams. This role will be the primary contact for numerous business teams which rely on Service Delivery processes to coordinate and implement product and process requirements. This role will be a direct interface to the Program and Project teams as well as Product and Technology teams to facilitate the successful review, approval, and implementation of projects, application updates, enhancements, defects, hardware/software upgrades, and security patches.
