    We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Change & Release Manager to join our expanding team in Radnor, PA.


    The candidate filling this role will be responsible for Change and Release Management operations of our core “Bank as a Service” (BaaS) platform. This position will be a critical member of the TMM Service Delivery team and will act as the escalated point of contact for any change and release related requirements or issues. This is a hands-on role which focuses on leading the Product and Technology area with respect to end-to-end change and release management functions. They will be directly involved in creating, scheduling and coordinating Production Change Requests and application releases across various portfolios and workstreams. This role will be the primary contact for numerous business teams which rely on Service Delivery processes to coordinate and implement product and process requirements. This role will be a direct interface to the Program and Project teams as well as Product and Technology teams to facilitate the successful review, approval, and implementation of projects, application updates, enhancements, defects, hardware/software upgrades, and security patches.

    To be successful in this role you should possess the following abilities:

    • Ensure Service Delivery process activities and procedures are successfully rolled out with minimal service disruption to the TMM business
    • Key contributor to process improvements for change and release management; also maintain and document all related procedures
    • Collaboratively work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements for change/release procedures
    • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to facilitate release activities or support critical issues- Role may require participation in 24/7 on-call rotation


    Expected Outcomes:

    • Able to manage change control and release mgmt. process; scheduling and communicating to various stakeholders ensuring timely/accurate deployments across environments
    • Manage and minimize risks by creating remediation plans and being able to identify, resolve any issues that may impact release and deploy activities
    • Able to solve delivery and deployment issues through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and incorporate solutioning as continuous service improvements
    • Conduct Release Readiness reviews, milestone reviews, and Go/No-go reviews for releases
    • Create, Manage and maintain readiness reports, release notes, risks and issues logs


    Required Experience/ Qualifications:

    • At minimum, B.S. in Computer Science, MIS or related field  
    • 5+ years of managing direct reports or equivalent work experience
    • Direct experience managing mission-critical enterprise systems and process is required
    • Previous financial operations experience in one or more- Banking Operations, internal audit, regulatory controls, compliance, and information security practices and standards
    • Experience with Release Management in an Azure DevOps/VSTS (or similar) environment
    • Knowledge and expertise in version control, configuration mgmt., software environment controls; Agile/SCRUM, Cloud automation, source control, app containerization a plus
    • Familiarity w/Web and Mobile application development and delivery (iOS & Android)
    • Working knowledge of ITIL service operations, monitoring strategies, platforms and tools
    • Working knowledge of DevOps and Agile change control best practices
    • Working knowledge of ITIL or related Service Management governance frameworks
    • Programming skills (.NET, XML, SQL and JavaScript) is a plus
    • Strong project management planning and execution
    • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
