  • Overview

    BankMobile is seeking Customer Success representative to join our Social Media team.

     

     We are looking for driven customers services reps who have the mindset to make our service so great that our customers will refer us to someone they know and will stay with us for life.

    1. We must demonstrate empathy for the customer
    2. We must answer all the customer's questions/concerns, fully and accurately - the first time they contact us
    3. We must do what we say we will do
    4. Ideally, resolve customer issues the same day the customer calls - worst case, within 24 hours.
    5. After the call is over, we must ask ourselves if the service we provided will keep the customer for life, and will the customer refer us to someone else they know.

    Responsibilities

    • Superior customer service skills
    • Proficient with social media outlets which includes Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Google Plus
    • Accustomed to smart devices
    • Exceptional customer communication skills both written and verbal
    • Excellent listening skills
    • Learns quickly and is able to handle the pressure from an irate customer or meeting tight deadline
    • Work collaboratively with the team and other departments to address/resolve customer concerns
    • Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
    • Willingness to flex hours as needed and be appropriately available outside of normal business hours as necessary
    • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to independently perform, prioritize and execute multiple tasks and complex projects seamlessly with competing priorities and deadlines
    • Thrives in collaborative, team environments
    • Ability to interact with all levels of professionals
    • Flexible with a willingness to jump in wherever required and manage multiple priorities at once
    • Excellent judgment, and decision making skills
    • Composure when faced with difficult or demanding situations and/or personalities and shifts in priorities and/or tasks
    • Knowledge of lending and security/fraud processes a plus

    Qualifications

    • Associates degree; bachelors degree preferred
    • 1 to 4 years of Customer Service experience
    • Experience in the Banking industry strongly preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of all social media including: twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and LinkedIn
    • Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership
    • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to independently perform, prioritize and execute multiple tasks and complex projects seamlessly with competing priorities and deadlines
    • Thrives in collaborative, team environments
    • Strong adaptability skills in ever changing environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and a willingness to learn more technology tools
    • Flexible with a willingness to jump in wherever required and manage multiple priorities at once
    • Excellent judgment, and decision making skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
