We are seeking a Service Delivery Release Manager to join our expanding team in Radnor, PA.
The candidate filling this role will be responsible for release and change management of our core “Bank as a Service” (BaaS) platform. This position will be a critical member of the Technical Service Delivery team and will act as the escalated point of contact for any release issues. This is a hands-on role which focuses on leading a team of support analysts and end-to-end release and change management functions. They will be involved with creating, scheduling and coordinating releases across various portfolios. This can include projects, applications, updates, hardware, upgrades, and patches.

To be successful in this role you should possess the following abilities:
§ Ensure process activities and procedures are successfully rolled out with minimal service disruption to the business
§ Key contributor to process improvements for release and change management; also maintain and document all related procedures
§ Collaboratively work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements for release/change procedures
§ Ability to work flexible hours as needed to facilitate release activities or support critical issues. Role may require to be on 24/7 rotation.
§ Being able to manage release and change control process by scheduling and communicating with various stakeholders ensuring timely and accurate deployments across environments
§ Manage risks by creating remediation plans and being able to identify, resolve any issues that may impact release activities
§ Able to solve any deployment issues through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and incorporate as continuous improvement plans
§ Conduct Release Readiness reviews, milestone reviews, and Go/No-go reviews for releases
§ Create, Manage and maintain readiness reports, release notes, risks and issues
Required Experience/ Qualifications:
§ B.S. in Computer Science, MIS or related field
§ 5+ years of managing direct reports
§ Prior experience with release management
§ Working knowledge of Dev/Ops practices
§ Working knowledge of ITIL or related Service Management framework
§ Experience with Change and Release Management or similar tool is a plus
§ Understanding of at least one SDLC methodology such as with Waterfall, Agile and/or Scrum principles
§ Strong project management and planning capabilities
§ Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
§ Experience with mission-critical enterprise systems is required and banking systems is a plus
