    BankMobile, the largest and fastest growing digital bank in the U.S. is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager. To be successful at this role you must be highly passionate about the customer experience and creating the best customer communication journey to foster customers for life.

     

    This role defines and executes the digital marketing strategy of products and services for the Vibe product suite.

    Responsibilities

    • Acting as the business lead for defining and integrating best in class, customer centric retention tactics to expand the lifecycle of our customers.
    • Identify marketing and communication needs for these products based upon business objectives. Leverage your understanding of emerging marketing capabilities and new banking products and services into your marketing strategy.
    • Create and syndicate messaging and creative by channel - digital (web and email), social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook), video, print etc. Identify, recommend and develop content for key programs. Manage production and incorporate regular feedback from internal stakeholders.
    • Evaluate marketing effectiveness in meeting business objectives. Analyze results of marketing campaigns and develop recommendations based upon campaign results.
    • Ability to balance creative thinking with proven results, uses data and best practices to drive strategic testing of promotions and campaigns.
    • Define and evolve our on-going retention strategy to create customers for life.
    • Recommends & oversees program elements, including strategic direction, channel tactics, execution, learning agenda, results, analysis and budget.
    • Strong partnership required with compliance, creative and upper management and internal subject matter experts to deliver strategic objectives.
    • Ability to work closely with email vendor and directly manage our preference center, implementing campaigns within budget and deadlines.

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:

    • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA Preferred
    • Knowledge of established/curiosity of emerging digital marketing technologies and experiences
    • Strong work ethic, self-starter, ability to work both independently and as a team member
    • Possesses a customer-focused mindset
    • Retention marketing experience
    • Ability to influence internal and external partners
    • Excellent communications skills – verbal and written
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional, multi business unit teams
    • Ability to work in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously
