    BankMobile is looking to add a talented Business Analysts to our Customer Care organization.  As a Business Analyst, you can achieve results you never thought possible by leading critical and strategic projects. In this role you will work closely with key leaders to deliver results that will have direct impact on the bottom line of the company. You will work with smart, talented people who will challenge you to excel.

     

    The chosen candidate must be a mature individual who demonstrates the curiosity and ability to ask the right questions to get to the business need, then translate them into appropriate business requirements. This position requires strong leadership, ability to manage conflicts and ability to balance enterprise needs with the business needs of Customer Care. 

    Responsibilities

    To be successful in this role you should possess the following abilities:

    • Work on large and small scale projects that have a direct impact on the company.
    • Drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed
    • Participate in UAT cycles by providing approved use cases
    • Participate in production code deployments acting as front line validation.
    • Be the local Customer systems administrator
    • Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation
    • Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
    • Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
    • Identify ways to improve and streamline business process
    • Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
    • Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
    • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned
    • Maintain a working knowledge of company and/or department systems, assist with system implementation/conversion as needed
    • Contribute to a positive, ethical and respectful working environment and communicate openly with others
    • Possess an entrepreneurial outlook; always looking to grow and improve the program

    Qualifications

    Required Experience/ Qualifications:

    • Associate’s degree and/or Bachelor’s degree
    • 3+ years’ experience in project management and operations required
    • Must be analytically sharp and adept at solving complex problems, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
    • Ability to develop strong relationships
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are required
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Must be well organized, flexible and able to work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to work as an active participant in a team as well as independently
    • Ability to work in a unpredictable and fast pace environment
    • Passion and excitement to work at a firm that is disrupting the financial services space
    • A positive, can-do attitude
