BankMobile is looking to add a talented Business Analysts to our Customer Care organization. As a Business Analyst, you can achieve results you never thought possible by leading critical and strategic projects. In this role you will work closely with key leaders to deliver results that will have direct impact on the bottom line of the company. The chosen candidate must be a mature individual who demonstrates the curiosity and ability to ask the right questions to get to the business need, then translate them into appropriate business requirements. This position requires strong leadership, ability to manage conflicts and ability to balance enterprise needs with the business needs of Customer Care.
