The Resolution Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for managing the process of entering adjustments to the merchant through MasterCard networks and managing incoming card holder claims to ensure they are all being worked timely and being put into the correct queue to be worked. All communications to customers are conducted via email. The Resolution Data Entry Specialist is required to adhere the KPIs (key performance indicators) assigned by the Resolution Manager; and is required to work with a high level of accuracy.
