    The Resolution Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for managing the process of entering adjustments to the merchant through MasterCard networks and managing incoming card holder claims to ensure they are all being worked timely and being put into the correct queue to be worked.  All communications to customers are conducted via email.  The Resolution Data Entry Specialist is required to adhere the KPIs (key performance indicators) assigned by the Resolution Manager; and is required to work with a high level of accuracy.

    Responsibilities

    • Enter card holder adjustments through to the merchant, in order to get more merchant information and/or credit from the merchant.
    • Communicate the results of the investigation to responsible departments
    • Manage dispute mail and fax intake queue, while updating customers on status of the dispute.
    • Performs other duties as required in support of the Resolution team.
    • Able to work overtime hours if required.

    Qualifications

    • Self starter that thrives in a collaborative team environment with proven propensity to learn new technologies quickly
    • Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Word
    • Clear verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to provide stellar customer service
    • Enjoys new challenges in a rapidly growing environment
    • Must be well organized with keen attention to detail
    • Demonstrate effective problem solving skills
    • Multi-tasker, able to work with several programs at once

     

    Preferred Experience:

    • 2+ years in banking or financial services industry
    • 1+ year data entry experience
    • Knowledge of the Electronic Funds Transfer Act (Regulation E)
    • Knowledge of MasterCard chargeback guidelines
    • Experience using dual monitors
