BankMobile, the largest digital bank in the U.S. serving millennials is looking for an innovative and entrepreneurial leader to lead our Human Resources Department. The HRD will be responsible to build and sustain mission critical HR competencies and build a foundation for the cultures and values at BankMobile. This person should be a strategic, collaborative thinker, who is undaunted by ambiguity and rapid change. BankMobile will need a seasoned leader who is able to build a solid foundation of HR fundamentals in areas such as global HR operations, payroll, benefits, compensation, and workforce planning. You will also act as a trusted advisor and consultant to executives and key organizational leaders, to help shape their organizations, help attract and develop the best talent, and bring thought leadership to our talent development team in the design and execution of our career acceleration and performance management strategy.
