    We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our innovative team in Radnor, PA. 


    The candidate filling this role will create an innovative end-to-end user experience for a large disruptive consumer bank’s product offering, collaborate with stakeholders to define the interaction design of products and visualize new concepts. They will maintain accountability across the entire customer experience with a focus on the UI experience.


    BankMobile is reinventing banking by focusing on the unmet needs of millennial and underbanked consumers to provide frictionless and free banking with the full suite of financial products. We’re building a disruptive multi-partner distribution model, known as “Bank as a Service”, that places our innovative bank products in natural account opening moments as part of multiple startup banking brands. Our banking experience is built with a customer-centric digital-first model and requires industrial-strength financial technologies and innovation.


    • Create holistic design solutions that address business, brand and user requirements by considering the entire customer experience while still focusing on the UI experience.
    • Communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of the user centered design process.
    • Define UX and UI requirements and work with teams to execute a consistent experience across systems.
    • Design usability studies and directly collect and react to user feedback.
    • Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, prototypes and other UX deliverables.
    • Create and maintain the information architecture and consume the brand art for all UI systems.
    • Mentor peers, stakeholders, and teammates on user-centered design principles and methodologies.
    • Work directly with engineering to deliver the final product, maintain accountability for design execution.
    • Define the tools used for wire-framing and ensure efficient translation into executable systems.
    • Create world-class experiences that stand apart from the competition.



    • 5+ years as a professional user experience designer.
    • Experience with interaction design principles and tools (wireframes, personas, mental models, etc.), both broader BPM skills and specific UI design skills.
    • Solid understanding of usability and heuristics.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of current online and mobile product best practices.
    • Expert at properly leveraging responsive, adaptive, and statically designed UI’s effectively.
    • Strong references with a high-profile design portfolio.
    • Must have solid grasp of web design principles and current web and mobile technologies.
    • Must have a firm understanding of different UI constructs such as portal and workflow concepts.
    • Knowledge and efficiency with UI design tools such as InVision, Sketch & Adobe UX.
    • B.S. in HCI, Interaction Design, Human Factors or equivalent experience.
