BankMobile is seeking Customer Success representative to join our Social Media team.
We are looking for driven customers services reps who have the mindset to make our service so great that our customers will refer us to someone they know and will stay with us for life.
- We must demonstrate empathy for the customer
- We must answer all the customer's questions/concerns, fully and accurately - the first time they contact us
- We must do what we say we will do
- Ideally, resolve customer issues the same day the customer calls - worst case, within 24 hours.
- After the call is over, we must ask ourselves if the service we provided will keep the customer for life, and will the customer refer us to someone else they know.
