    BankMobile, the largest and fastest growing digital bank in the U.S. is looking to fill the role of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). This is a very important hire for our business as we continue to position BankMobile for future accelerated growth. As the CMO you will set the vision for and execute on a strategy that focuses on customer acquisition and retention to help us reach our profitability goals. You will also build out and lead a lean and highly productive marketing team to assist you in execution.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the planning, development and execution of the organization’s marketing and advertising initiatives
    • Generate revenue by improving key metrics around the business including customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling other financial services products
    • Develop successful marketing strategies for B2C and B2B strategies using digital/content/email marketing, pricing, advertising, and public relations
    • Build out and lead a lean, highly productive marketing team to assist you in execution
    • Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing budgets in accordance with organizational goals
    • Positively contributing to the culture, energy, and growth of the company by being an internal champion that inspires and motivates the team
    • Advising and contributing to the overall strategic planning for the organization

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree is required.
    • An advanced degree in marketing or an MBA (strongly preferred).
    • Approximately 10 years of well-rounded marketing experience
    • Experience in building, developing and leading a lean, high-performing marketing team that is committed to results
    • Proven expertise in B2B and B2C digital marketing to drive results, utilizing innovative tactics in the following and beyond:
      • Social media marketing (paid and unpaid)
      • Email marketing and automation
      • Search marketing (SEM and SEO)
      • Display advertising
      • Content marketing (video, voice and written word)
      • Influencer marketing (social media and beyond)
      • Affiliate/Revenue-share and referral marketing
      • Online reputation management
      • Digital public relations
    • Knowledge of industry-leading marketing tools (marketing automation, social media management, email marketing services, etc.)
    • Always up on the latest and greatest marketing tactics and strategies
