Position Summary:

BankMobile, a division of Customers Bank, has an incredible opportunity for a creative, goal obsessed, tech savvy Contact Center Rep to support our mission, strategy and products. The successful candidate will possess an intense passion for helping people and an intense desire to improve customer service practices.

Responsibilities

  • A confident, natural-born communicator. Even for the most experienced bank reps, products and services can be challenging to understand and explain to customers, so you need to be able to write and speak with clarity and precision.
  • Be a great Team Member. We strive to be a highly organized and efficient team. You should be comfortable collaborating with your team. Some of the best solutions are created through brainstorming.
  • Technology guru. Forget about when customer service only meant solving problems by phone. Our reps will be able to respond to customer inquiries via phone, on-line chat, video chat and other avenues we haven’t even thought of yet.
  • Able to roll with the punches and solve problems. This is where your entrepreneurial spirit comes into play. We are growing and evolving with each passing minute and we need our team to grow and evolve with us.
  • Be a brand ambassador. Our ideas of how to implement and succeed in mobile-only banking is epic! We want you to believe in our mission and shout it from the rooftops.
  • Able to work flex-shifts, weekends and even the occasional holiday. The beauty of mobile banking is having access to your finances anytime, anywhere. We want our customers to have the same access to customer service that they have to their money.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Effective communication skills and interpersonal agility
  • Detail orientated and adaptable to change Comfort in a fast paced work environment
  • Dependable, results driven and achievement focused
  • Open to providing and receiving coaching
  • Technical aptitude and orientation

Desired skills include:

  • Call center/ Customer Service experience
  • Relationship building
  • Financial acumen
