Overview

Reporting to Sr. Director of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in defining and executing our customer acquisition and growth strategy. This role is in service to increasing our account growth.  We are looking for an experienced B2C marketing leader who can leverage customer insights to create a growth marketing strategy as well as execute on it. The idea candidate is strategic, data driven and can execute. This role will work cross functionally with the following groups:  marketing, creative, UX, product, technology, analytics, compliance, and customer care.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute the customer growth strategy. Optimize and grow existing digital channels and test new channels.
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform growth strategy, increase conversion, and generate more accounts.
  • Own end-to-end marketing funnel from awareness through acquisition and conversion.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas to design customer acquisition strategies.
  • Manage the execution process from creative brief, creative, compliance reviews, web development requirements, launch to analysis and reporting.
  • Develop clear messaging and positioning across all acquisition channels.
  • Test and scale new channels, including potential partnerships.
  • Work “Close to the Customer” in understanding customer’s key needs, pain points by strategizing and executing customer surveys.
  • Partner closely with analytics team to upgrade our reporting framework to deepen our customer understanding and better track business KPI performance.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of digital performance marketing with focus on growth/acquisition marketing.
  • 7+ years of experience working with product and technology teams to build and optimize the user experience to maximize conversion.
  • Experience creating and executing digital marketing growth strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing channels such as SEM, SEO, display, email, mobile, and/or social media.
  • Experience in A/B testing and optimizing the conversion funnel and user experience.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Site Catalyst.
  • Experience with web testing tools such as Adobe Test and Target.
  • Data driven marketer with ability to review data, navigate ambiguity, and translate insights into action. Experience developing a KPI framework, optimizing metrics, and tracking performance against goals.
  • Ability to work autonomously, be a “self-starter”, solve complex problems, and overcome obstacles.
